Live Art Auction on Display this Weekend

If you missed Marietta Main Street's Public Art Committee on the Armory Lawn during First Friday last night for Create for a Cause: Live Art at the Armory, don’t worry! All ten finished paintings will be on display along with their auction sheets throughout the weekend at Marietta Makery’s new space on Front Street.

Live Art at the Armory is a live painting silent auction event featuring ten local artists, each of which is painting a one-of-a-kind piece. Participating artists include Emma Romanowski, Beth Nash, Jolene Powell, Julie Zickefoose, Liam Thompson, Nicole Harris, Cam Benson, Meg Rataiczak, Hailey Bennett, and Bijou Burgardt. These talented local artists will be painting live throughout First Friday with each piece available for silent auction.

Be sure to stop by Marietta Makery at 175 + 177 Front Street throughout the weekend to see the paintings in person and place your bids! All fundraising efforts through the committee go toward public art installations in downtown Marietta. Bidding will close Sunday afternoon!
